Ingredients

500 grams of Wheat flour

15 grams of Yeast

2 cups of Water

50 grams of Sugar

2 Eggs

½ tablespoon of Salt

100 grams of Butter

4 tablespoons of Powdered milk

Dried plums

Preparation

Step 1 : In a cup, combine warm water with salt and yeast, letting it activate for 20 minutes.

Step 2 : Subsequently, add the sweetened flour, one egg, and the yeast mixture, along with the butter, kneading until you form a ball.

Step 3 : Add more salt and cover the dough for 45 minutes, allowing it to rise.

Step 4 : After resting, stretch the dough into a rectangle approximately 45 cm wide by 30 cm high.

Step 5 : Place the ham, olives, and dried plums (to taste) on top of the dough.

Step 6 : Roll up the ham bread and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Step 7 : Glaze with the second beaten egg, a little sugar, water, and bake in the oven for one hour.
