Ingredients
1 Chicken breast
3 Carrots
5 Potatoes
3 tablespoons of Mayonnaise
1 pinch of Salt
1 cup of Green peas
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, start by washing, peeling, and chopping the carrots and potatoes into small pieces.
Step 2 : Next, cook the carrots for a couple of minutes, then add the potatoes and cook for a few more minutes.
Step 3 : In a pot with water and chopped onion, place the chicken and cook for approximately one hour.
Step 4 : Once the chicken is cooked, let it cool and then shred it.
Step 5 : After all the ingredients are ready, add them to a large bowl and include the mayonnaise.
Step 6 : Mix everything well and place in the refrigerator to chill.
Step 7 : Once cold, the salad is ready to serve.
