Arepa with cheese
Ingredients
1 tablespoon of Salt
1 tablespoon of Oil
400 grams of Corn flour
300 milliliters of Water

Step 1 : Start by adding water in a cup or pot and add the salt, dissolving it while slowly adding the corn flour.
Step 2 : Once all the flour is added, knead the mixture until a uniform dough forms.
Step 3 : Then, continue kneading the dough and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Step 4 : If the dough seems too liquid or too dry, adjust by adding more flour or more water as necessary.
Step 5 : Next, form small balls with the kneaded dough and flatten them to shape the classic Venezuelan arepa.
Step 6 : Add oil to a griddle or skillet and place the arepas, cooking them over low heat until they harden.
Step 7 : Then, turn them to cook the other side, removing them when they are golden.
