Ingredients

500 grams of Beef in chunks

500 grams of Chicken

2 Onions, finely chopped

1 Tomato, diced

6 Sweet peppers, chopped

1 Bell pepper, diced

6 Garlic cloves

2 White ocumos

3 Potatoes

2 Celery

1 Nise

500 grams of Yuca

400 grams of Pumpkin

2 Jojotos

1 Plantain

1 Spanish celery stalk

1 Fresh cilantro stalk

1 Fresh spearmint stalk

Annatto oil

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : First, peel and cut into pieces the ocumo, celery, nise, yuca, pumpkin, and plantain, then set aside.

Step 2 : Next, place a pot on the stove and prepare a sauté with onion, sweet pepper, bell pepper, and tomato.

Step 3 : Once ready, add the beef and chicken, stirring to combine the flavors.

Step 4 : Then, add water, Spanish celery, cilantro, jojotos, and season with salt and pepper, bringing to a boil for 30 minutes.

Step 5 : Proceed to add the celery, nise, ocumo, yuca, pumpkin, and plantain, cooking until the vegetables are tender.

Step 6 : Then, add the cilantro and spearmint stems to adjust the flavor.

Step 7 : Finally, serve the soup very hot, garnished with chopped cilantro on top.
