Ingredients
4 Carupanero sausages
1 Onion, finely chopped
1 Paprika, chopped into cubes
4 Sweet peppers, chopped
4 Crushed garlic cloves
3 Peeled potatoes, cut into cubes
250 grams of Pumpkin, cut into chunks
1 Ripe plantain, cut into pieces
6 Chimbobós, sliced into rounds
100 grams of Noodles
1 Cilantro sprig
Oil
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
