Smoked Pork Chops in Orange Sauce
Ingredients
4 Smoked pork chops
1 cup of Orange juice
1 tablespoon of Honey
1 teaspoon of Cornstarch
Soy sauce
2 tablespoons of Butter
Olive oil
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : Place a skillet over heat and melt butter in a little oil.
Step 2 : Next, add the pork chops to the skillet and brown them on both sides.
Step 3 : Remove the chops from the skillet.
Step 4 : Then, add the orange juice, a splash of soy sauce, and honey to the skillet.
Step 5 : Add the cornstarch dissolved in a bit of water and cook until the sauce thickens.
Step 6 : Adjust the seasoning of the sauce as needed.
Step 7 : Return the chops to the sauce and make sure they are well coated.
