Pork Loin
Ingredients
2 kilograms of Pork Loin
1 Fennel Stalk
1 Carrot
1 Celery Stalk
1 Leek
2 cups of Wine
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : The loin should be cleaned, removing the fat layer and making small cuts in it.
Step 2 : Finely chop the top of the fennel and insert it into the cuts of the loin.
Step 3 : Rub the loin with salt and pepper, then coat it in wine and let it marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
Step 4 : Then, in a hot skillet with a little oil, brown the loin on all sides.
Step 5 : Add the carrot cut into rounds, the celery stalk, and the leek also cut into rounds.
Step 6 : Subsequently, place the loin in the oven for about 2 hours at a medium temperature.
Step 7 : Once ready, remove it from the oven and let it cool so you can slice it.
Step 8 : Serve accompanied by potatoes and salad.
