Ingredients

550 grams of Beef flank

4 Garlic cloves

2 Tomatoes

2 Onions

300 grams of Black beans

1 pound of Cooked rice

2 Ripe plantains

1 liter of Oil

1 pinch of Salt

Mint

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : Season the meat with salt and pepper, then cook in a pot until it turns golden.

Step 2 : Then, remove and add chopped tomatoes, onions, and garlic, sautéing for a few minutes.

Step 3 : Shred the cooked meat and mix it with the sauté, setting it aside.

Step 4 : Meanwhile, cook the soaked black beans with onions and salt for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Step 5 : Meanwhile, fry the plantains until golden.

Step 6 : Once all the elements are ready, serve on a plate, adding mint to the rice.

Step 7 : Optionally, you can mix everything before enjoying.
