Chicken supremes with cheese cream
Ingredients
4 Chicken supremes
250 grams of Cooked ham
250 grams of Mozzarella cheese
1 can of Heavy cream
2 tablespoons of Butter
Parmesan cheese
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : The chicken supremes are seasoned with salt and pepper.
Step 2 : The fillets are seared on both sides in a non-stick skillet with a little melted butter.
Step 3 : In a pot, combine the heavy cream with the cheese and cook for a few minutes until the cream thickens, seasoning with salt and pepper.
Step 4 : Then, place the fillets on a tray, add a slice of ham and cheese on top, and pour the cream over.
Step 5 : Bake the preparation for a few minutes until lightly golden.
Step 6 : To serve, garnish the supremes with a bit of chopped parsley and serve with rice and salad.
