Ingredients

500 grams of Cornmeal

300 grams of Cooked shredded beef

300 grams of Prepared black beans

10 Slices of ripe plantain

300 grams of Cheese

1 pinch of Salt

Step 1 : To prepare these delicious arepas, combine the cornmeal, water, and oil in a cup and stir until you get a compact and smooth dough.

Step 2 : Make small balls with the dough and flatten them to give the classic arepa shape.
