Goat Milk Dulce de Leche
Ingredients
1 ½ liter of Goat milk
½ kilogram of Sugar
2 Cinnamon sticks
1 teaspoon of Vanilla
1 Lemon peel
Preparation
Step 1 : Place the goat milk, sugar, cinnamon sticks, the teaspoon of vanilla, and lemon peel in a pot.
Step 2 : Stir until all ingredients are integrated and cook over medium heat.
Step 3 : It is recommended to use a wooden spoon to stir the mixture occasionally, and let it cook until reduced without drying out too much.
Step 4 : Once it has reduced considerably, remove from heat and let it rest and cool in the refrigerator.
Step 5 : Once cooled, it can be served according to personal taste.
