2 cups of Rice
2 Dried coconuts
2 Cinnamon sticks
Ground cinnamon
250 grams of Parchment paper
2 liters of Water
1 pinch of Salt

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious coconut rice, first grate the coconuts and extract 2 cups of pure milk, setting it aside.
Step 2 : Then, take the grated coconut from which you've previously extracted the milk and blend it with the two liters of water.
Step 3 : Strain the mixture to obtain the water needed for cooking.
Step 4 : In a pot, place this water along with the parchment paper and cinnamon sticks, and bring to a boil.
Step 5 : Add the rice and a pinch of salt, then cook over medium heat until the rice softens and the liquid begins to dry out.
Step 6 : If necessary, add sugar to taste.
Step 7 : Incorporate the coconut milk and coconut pieces, cooking for about 10 minutes until the rice has a creamy consistency and the liquid has evaporated.
