Combine them in a pot along with sugar and lemon peel.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Once the water has reduced, remove from heat and spread on paper.

1 liter of Water
3 Coconuts
1 Medium pineapple
2 kilograms of Sugar
Lemon peel zest
Preparation
Step 1 : Peel and grate the coconuts and pineapple.
Step 2 : Then, place them in a pot with sugar and lemon peel.
Step 3 : Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spatula.
Step 4 : Once the water has reduced, remove from heat and spread on paper using a spatula or spoon.
Step 5 : After cooling, cut and it's ready to enjoy.
