Ingredients

1 cup of Rice

1 cup of Sugar

Powdered milk

1 tablespoon of Vanilla

2 liters of Water

2 Cinnamon sticks

Ground cinnamon

Condensed milk

Ice

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : Cook the rice in water with a pinch of salt and cinnamon sticks until very soft and expanded.

Step 2 : Then, remove from heat and let it cool.

Step 3 : Once cooled, remove the cinnamon sticks and blend the rice until thick, adding more water if necessary.

Step 4 : Add powdered milk, vanilla, and sugar to taste, then pass the mixture through a sieve to remove any rice residues.

Step 5 : Serve the resulting chicha very cold, sprinkled with ground cinnamon and a splash of condensed milk.
